Barry Vosburg - Chief Executive Officer

Barry is a longstanding shareholder, executive and Chairman of Factor integral to its historic development and success who provides overall leadership and direction to Factor’s President with respect to Factor's vision, strategic direction and key relationships with stakeholders and is well known locally in Sarnia for his active role in the community.

Randy Alwood - VP Operations and Business Development

Randy brings 35 years of experience working with NGL businesses. Through the years, Randy has held various leadership roles, including manager of Provident’s Redwater frac and storage facility (Alberta), Senior Manager of Pembina’s Corunna storage facility (Sarnia) and Senior Manager Operations and Joint Ventures in Pembina’s NGL Business Unit. Since 2022, Randy has been leading Factor’s logistics group and is responsible for Factor’s terminal operations and Factor’s initiatives in growth, diversification, capital investments/acquisitions and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
